Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that attack in the cells of the breast. A malignant tumor is a group of cancer cells that can grow into  surrounding tissues or spread (metastasize) to distant areas of the body. The disease occurs almost entirely in women, but it could happen to man also.

Every person have to know the symptoms of breast cancer, and any time an abnormality is discovered, it should be investigated by a healthcare professional.

Keep active. Research suggests that if physical activity increase, even when begun later in life, reduces overall breast-cancer risk by about 10 percent to 30 percent. All it takes is moderate exercise like a 20 to 30-minute walk six days a week.
Keep away from obesityOverweight raises the risk of breast cancer after menopause, the time of life when breast cancer most often occurs. Avoid gaining weight over time, and try to maintain a body-mass index under 25.
No alcohol. Drink Alcohol  can increase risk of breast cancer. Women should limit intake to no more than one drink per day, regardless of the type of alcohol.
 Don’t smoke.
Breastfeeding your baby as long as possible. Women who breastfeed their babies for at least a year in total can  reduce risk of developing breast cancer later.
